Description:
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is responsible for leading the organization's information technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives to enhance member experiences, drive innovation, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. The CIO will oversee the development and implementation of secure, scalable, and efficient IT systems that support PPSHA’s strategy. This role is pivotal in driving PPSHA’s commitment to innovation and excellence in healthcare services through strategic technology leadership.
Required Skills:
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in enterprise systems used by medical schemes and administrators (e.g., administration platforms, CRM, workflow automation).
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., ICD-10, PMB, CPT).
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance reporting capabilities.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
