Old Mutual’s SMEgo is a digital platform launched about 4 years to provide an all-in-one service platform addressing key pain points for SME around business operations and access to funding. The platform is subscription based and needs to scale quickly via the introduction of new features/products & communication to make it more competitive and relevant to maintain a loyal and growing customer base.
We are searching for a growth hacker to drive awareness, sales, and expansion of our products and services. In this role, you will work with our team to determine key pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for our business. You will devise, implement, and execute initiatives and strategies to grow our brand's market share and customer base.
To ensure success as a growth hacker, you should be skilled at optimizing business processes across key results areas and able to tailor your solutions to different target markets, scenarios, products, and goals.
A top-notch growth hacker is innovative, passionate about startups, and an expert at executing strategies for business growth.
You will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will drive the adoption, engagement, and monetization of the digital product or service. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, and technology teams to conceptualize and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic, and revenues for the digital channels.
