This individual will be responsible for the full spectrum of UX activities, including conducting workshops, user research, and usability testing. They will also design and refine the user interface, ensuring it meets the highest standards before handing it over to the development team for implementation. As the only designer, they will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and will work closely with the rest of the team, while the Design Lead focuses on strategic priorities. Importantly, the ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of user-centred design principles, expertise in designing solutions for businesses/SMEs, and a track record of driving successful design solutions in multi-feature platforms tailored to diverse business needs. DESCRIPTION: The Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience across multiple squads, focusing on diverse SME solutions such as Marketplace, Financial Management, HR & Payroll, and other integrated business services. Guided by the overarching UX strategy, they will lead efforts to design user-centric, innovative solutions that empower businesses to streamline operations, drive growth, and unlock new opportunities. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering cohesive, impactful customer experiences.
